They are an XS, but would fit if you also wore a size 4/6 pants. I am a size 8 and comfortably fit in the size small. Materials: 60% cotton, 34% polyester, 8% spandex Measurements: waist: 13 inches band- 4 3/4 inches pants length 37 inches. Note these jeggings are very stretchy and measurements were taken flat.
