This is a vintage Afghan nomad Kuchi ring. This is a fun style with three inverted cone shaped metal pieces rising up from the band. They are stamped with a design. This is an old, well worn piece that has a ton of aged patina. Great on it's own or you can layer it with more of the Kuchi rings that I have listed.
Please keep in mind that most Kuchi and Turkoman / Turkmen / Turkomen items are old and used items with a distinct aged patina. They are a nomadic Afghan people who have created amazing jewelry for centuries. Their colorful jewelry combines new, old, metal, beads, coins, stones and fabric. Many pieces are worn due to being used from every day wear, tribal celebrations, belly dance and wedding uses. They are made with a coin-base metal alloy.
Size: 7 1/4
Condition: rustic vintage condition, heavy patina
Weight: 5 grams
Please examine enlarged photos for details and condition. This is much more beautiful in real life! I am not an expert on vintage jewelry, but I do buy and sell what I love! Since these items are vintage, they may have a wonderful aged patina and are not meant or expected to look brand new. I treasure their imperfections as part of their charm and history.
