can this ring be sized to a smaller size?

@snovixen15 I have always been told that Sterling Silver cannot be resized because it is too soft a metal, and sometimes the stone design is too intricate and doing so might crack a stone. However, you can show this picture to a local jeweler and ask if he or she might be able to do it for you.
