Hi your listing says this is a size 2 but on the tag it says 4. Is this because it fits more like a size 2?

Hey! Would you measure the waist of these exact pants you’re selling so I can compare with something I have at home? The size chart on the website is too general for all the bottom they have. Ive found that it does not apply to all styles on there. Thanks!
