Very good condition Aetrex, I bought these as "New without box" , they have a little light scuffing on one strap on the side that was there when I received them and the footbed has some light piling They are by no means worn out though, I wore them once for about 4 hours, I just have a very sensitive arch and while these were nice and springy and comfortable, my feet didn't like them at the end of the day So I am passing them along! Marked an EU size 39.5, but a US size 9 I wear a true size 9 and they fit me perfectly, plus the hook and loop straps adjust at both the ankle and the toe The color looks almost black but in the light is a dark navy blue
