Hi. What material is this? Does it run small ? What kind of shape is it in?

@melissamedenwal it’s 100% cotton. I don’t feel it runs small, but I added measurement photos for you! Condition: used, but still has a lot of life left in it (I only sell items I’d want to buy)! It has some spots that are meant to look distressed (elbows and collar)- added pictures of the arms, too. Let me know if you have any other questions!
