Aeropostale Dark Blue High Waisted Stretchy Jegging, Jr. 00 Short - or girls 10?

NWT Juniors size 00, Short Super soft and stretchy Waist is about 24" Inseam is about 26" (picture of this didn't show up well for some reason) Please message with any questions, or if you need more measurements. I try to be as thorough as possible, but may miss something. All items are as-is, and fair offers are welcome. Some items may have numbers written on back of care tags. We are a smoke free and cat friendly household! These could possibly also fit a girl who is around a size 10 in kids, depending on measurements.
