This is a gently worn sweater from Aeronautica Militare, in a size medium. I'm guessing that it's a women's style, based on the measurements, but it could be a slim fit sweater for men--please check measurements, to ensure a proper fit. Buttons up the chest; mock neck style. Navy blue and gray. The sweater is inspired by a style worn by the Italian Air Force, in days of yore. The chest measurement is 18.5 inches across, from pit to pit. The length is 26 inches. 100% cotton; dry clean. The sweater is in excellent condition, with no holes or stains.
