Halter tie Neck. Padded. Underwire. Twist Front. I can’t decide if it is black and white or Dark Navy and White Stripe - looks black in some lights! Tag # 8486 301420410 In gently preowned condition with no wash wear or flaws noted. Still has its plastic tag on the strap so I dont think this was ever worn!
