Advance Men Two Tone Blue Dial Date Indicator Watch Japan Movt WR 3ATM - Tarnish

Needs a new battery. There are tarnish spots on the watch band. The tarnish may be removable with cleaning or polishing, but I have not attempted to clean it. The wrist size is 7 1/2 inches. There are scratches on the crystal, case, and band. It's a casual preppy style. Please view the photos. Thank you!
