Is the black leather part across the back sewed down or an it slide over the handle of a suitcase?

@shoe__addicted it is not so down there’s a little piece of Velcro or you can stick to the bag or come loose. I put a picture of it in the pictures.

@billieposh510 also, I'm trying to figure out the little rear you mention in the fabric. I can't tell from the photo where it is at? Looks like maybe up near the top by the zipper? Thanks!

@shoe__addicted yeah I just noticed that one of my pictures are fuzzy and that’s probably it. I don’t think it’s really anything. I’m on my way to church when I get home. I’ll check it out.
