yoonicycle @maddikelly hi! My sister is 5'3" and she wore 3~4" tall heels with the dress. The bust is 15.5-16" when laid flat and fit my sister who is a 34B.

yoonicycle @maddikelly it also has some stretch at the bust so I'd think it will fit 34C or 36B as well. I am the latter and it fit me.
