Adrianna Papell formal dress with ruffles

I bought this dress because it reminded me of Hermione’s Yule Ball dress in Harry Potter. It is a very flattering fit with mesh 3/4 sleeves, a slate color, and ruffles throughout. This would make a great prom dress or for any formal occasion like a ball, party, or winter wedding. I originally bought it for prom years ago but wore a more summery dress instead. No tears or stains, but should be handled gently.
