This is a Adrianna Papell Tiered Chiffon Black Dress that is a size 8. It is new without tags. It still has the cord that the tags were on attached. It is 100% Polyester. Laying flat, it measures: Armpit to armpit-16.5" and the length is 35.5". It is very soft and very nice. This would be great for a night out on the town. In great condition. Please measure something that fits you laying flat. The length is measured from the shoulder to the bottom hem. I measure the waist laying flat and double that for the waist measurement.
