The skirt is Polyester and Acetate. It does not give, either. It is a size 12 with a zipper in back and a 15.5" slit on the front. There is an elastic band on each side of the waist. The skirt is 34" long from top to bottom hem. The top has a bag of extra beads to repair the bottom hem. This would be a perfect "Mother of the Bride" dress!
