Adorable smocked cottage core dress

Super cute smocked puff sleeve dress for fall or summer. Breathable but sturdy fabric, smocking is very stretchy and comfortable. A true dark orange color with cute dot textures. Ruffles and a bow in the front add a dainty and feminine touch. NWT in great condition, no stains or tears. Size M (US 8-10) In this picture I am 5’3 and the hem hits right at my knees.
