Adorable pink flamingo dress

Reposhing this item I purchased from @carriedawaysf. Photos are theirs. The dress is very pretty but did not fit the way I was looking for, so I’m reposting. Measurements taken on flat garment: Bust: 17” Waist: 16” Overall length: 34” Garment marked as medium but runs a little small. No stretch to the fabric.
