Adorable navy/soft tan polka dot sleeveless blouse

This is a great top! Worn once for my engagement pictures (pictured). Very flattering, tie at chest can be worn as a bow or untied. Polka dots are a very soft tan color (not white). Needs a good steam - was stored in a sealed bin.
