Adorable blue and white dress

This is just the cutest summer dress! It inspires nautical themes. I love the ruffles and directional stripes. It’s a very light, polyester material. Has a couple tiny flaws, one where the bust used to have a single stitch to hold it together and both the strap tightening pieces are broken but could be easily resolved with a stitch in place.
