Adorable Versatile Nautical Top with anchors -L/XL

This baby-doll type top is absolutely adorable! It can be worn as a shirt, with leggings/capris, or maybe even as a short beach dress depending on your build! The stretchy waist is very flattering and the ruffled neckline is stretchy allowing you to wear as a tank top or off-the-shoulder. The anchors are not appliqué, they are part of the fabric design (see last pic). I am an XL and could wear it comfortably, but it would probably fit a Large perfectly. Unfortunately the size tag is missing.
