Adorable Pixie-like Blue Tutu Skirt

Lovely baby blue tutu--fully lined and in excellent condition with no flaws. Only worn once. Size small, but definitely has stretch to it, so could fit a smaller medium as well. I would say sizes 0-4 are best. Perfect for Halloween, festivals, or just to add a unique feminine, fairy-like touch to any outfit.
