Adorable Party/Dance/Formal/Cocktail dress!

Spaghetti strap cocktail or formal dress. Has three skirt layers, one of which is crinoline to give it a little extra body. I wore it once to a black tie dinner with a symphony playing a night of swing music. It was perfect. I received so many compliments. A sparkly princess dress for grown up girls. Great choice for homecoming.
