Jersey knit feel (rayon/spandex mix) hi-lo hem with ruffle, ruffle at neck all around, dark brown chocolate color. Can be worn off the shoulder or on. Wear with a belt or alone, this is an adorable dress! I wore it to a wedding rehearsal dinner, I love this dress!
