Adorable Girls Blue and White French Dress

This adorable dress was purchased in the south of France. It has no labels or sizing but I believe it would be for a 12-18 month old. It has an area of small fading under the left armpit as shown in the photo but it is hardly noticeable especially when it is worn. It is so cute!
