Adorable Floral Summer Dress

This is a super cute dress from Forever 21. This is a reposh. It didn't fit. :( I looked for this dress and I finally found one, but this runs very small. I would say this fits a size 00 or small juniors. It was too tight in the bust for me. Fit and Flare style with cute cutouts at waist. Good used condition. Navy with white flowers (but flowers look a little more of a very light grey to me), and some small dangling threads that might need snipped.
