Adorable Empress Arts Enamel metal bird house; trinket box top lid 1999 so cute

This is an adorable little enamel bird house; it is painted and enamel; with a hole in the center of one side, the top comes off, this is from 1999; it measures 4 1/8" tall, 1 3/4" square on the bird house.
