Adorable Chelsea & Violet off shoulder dress

Like new Chelsea and Violet dress. Off shoulder and very versatile. I actually wore this in the fall/winter with a faux fur vest and boots and it was adorable. Could fit up to a size 6, just wouldn’t be as loose. My mannequin is a size 6.
