Adorable 70s JCPenney vintage dress with total Jessica Day from New Girl vibes. Navy blue background with a small multicolored geometric print. Features ruffles along the front and top, full length sleeves, and a matching tie waist belt. Two side pockets add extra charm and functionality. There is some light stretch to the fabric. Great vintage condition overall, with a small area near the collar that appears to have been neatly repaired by the previous wearer. No size tag- IMO Best fits modern size Large (could also work for a Medium depending on desired fit). Please check measurements!
