Adolfo New York Vintage Skirt w/ Brass Buttons & Chains

Vintage red skirt made of fabric that looks a bit like St. John. Skirt has elastic waist band which has quite a bit of stretch and the entire skirt is stretchy. Approximate measurements laying flat are as follows: waist - 13”; hips - 18”; length - 23”. Waist would probably stretch an additional 4” easily. Skirt is a size 6, however, size tag is missing.
