Adjustable faux leather tote

Black and white faux leather tote. Side and bottom panels is it completely closed for smaller black tote or is it completely open for larger tote with white side panels. The quality of this bag is amazing the faux leather is very sturdy and soft. Perfect size for a school bag. Barely Used only minor scuffs on bottom of bag as seen in picture.
