@maggienegley I’ve never done it before but I’d definitely be willing to give it a try! I would use 1/8”paracord. The lead would have to be nylon, it would be matching as long as I got the same color paracord and same color lead.

@maggienegley By time I buy enough rope to make it, you can buy them cheaper online. Where I live rope is really expensive. 3/4” rope is over $1.20 a foot.
