@moorelead Hi LM, They are new but in slightly damaged box. I have 3 of them and one is in my truck. I use it when I go door dashing. It is made of strong ABS plastic, same as PVC pipes. Adjust by pushing in the still buttons while adjusting the black plastic arm. Adjust the mirror clamp by turning the adjuster right or clockwise until the clamp closes. Just a minor assemble of the ball join is required out of the box. I had attached a picture of what the assembled ball joint will look like.

typo on plastic it is not ABS but is PVC plastic.

@travisdeanswish Hi Travis Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. Most of these site warn against doing business outside of the site due to issues with hackers. spammers, and so on. But you can see the pictures either on the web page or on the Poshmark app which you can download from the Google play app store or the Apple app store for iphone. I does sound a bit odd that you are having problems seeing the pictures. May want to check with technical support.
