These pants are nice and lightweight for multi-season wear. I've worn another pair I have over running tights as a windbreaker/light rain layer, although they are not marketed as water-resistant or waterproof. 100 % nylon, unlined. Elastic waist with drawstring and elastic at ankles. Pockets on side seams (lined) First picture is a stock photo to show fit; the rest are the pants I'm selling. Tag shows a light bend and a worn area from shipping/storage. Inseam 29 inches waist 12.5 inches (flat, not stretched) rise 13.5 inches

musthavecawfee @sherylhatz I've worn the pair I cut the tags off of for dog walks, and the fabric seems to have some water-resistant properties but was not marketed that way. They definitely get drenched if you are caught in a downpour.

musthavecawfee @sherylhatz They are lightweight, unlined, and definitely dry faster than my other options here, so they are a go-to for not-cold, rainy weather walks, mainly for the fast-drying aspect if they get wet. I'd think that would translate to drying quickly from dog bath splashes.

musthavecawfee @sherylhatz Side note: they seem to have softened a little after a few wears and washes, and I never use fabric softener--just a cold wash in hypoallergenic detergent and hang to dry. Just for the sake of clarity, I purchased two pairs of the same pants and have only worn one pair; this listing IS for the NWT item. I'd love to get the extra pair out of my closet.. You're welcome to make an offer; I know how to counter nicely if I do that. :-)
