These are in fabulous condition except they need some shoe glue/shoe cement around the bottom of the shoes (as seen in photos) I don’t think you would “have” to add the glue if you didn’t want, since it’s a toddler size and they are light weight, it may be fine worn as is, but to prevent it getting worse I would add some.
