Hi! Sorry to bother. I ordered the alpinestars boots from you and never received them. When checking the tracking its saying the package was never given to usps. I ordered a while back and just wanted to know if you ever shipped them out?

@jessicaaxvv Hi, that is so odd! Yes, I dropped them off on April 11th like I had mentioned in the conversation I would. On my end it had showed me they were delivered, so I didn’t look further into it. I did indeed drop them off for delivery, and on my end it showed me it started tracking the following day, April 12th. That’s weird that they never actually were delivered.
