Size: 10.5 US Peter "Pistol Pete" Press Maravich was an American basketball player, well-known for his participation in the NBA, playing for the Atlanta Hawks, New Orleans Jazz, and Utah Jazz. As with many famous basketball players, Pistol Pete worked closely with adidas Originals to create a line of products that were inspired by his life and career. These Pro Model 2's were designed to pay homage to the great athlete 18 years after his death during a pick-up game. The dark brown leather upper is contrasted by the bone colored side stripes, toe box, heel patch, sockliner, and outsole. Pistol Pete's dual gun logo is embossed on the side near the heel depicting two crossed, bone colored revolvers outlined in gold ('wheat') coloring. The model name 'Pro Model' is written above the third stripe and the dark brown laces are printed with a repeating pistol pattern.
