Adidas Clima Warm Men's Black Quarter Zip Padded Waist Jacket Size Large

I don't really know what type of jacket this is or what it is used for. There are some really thick padding around the waist, zippered pockets and when you unzip the zipper it has another piece of fabric instead of being open. I believe Adidas had sent this to a retailer to be used as a display item since it says not for resale. This jacket seems to be well made of good quality.
