tay12698 Shame on you for not showing the huge stain on the bag when I specifically asked for extra photos. I can’t believe you purposely left out photos of the damage. So disappointed. This was a birthday gift.

tay12698 I will gladly email you the damage. They only offered me a full refund to return the item which is not what I wanted so I dropped the case I’ll have to come out of pocket to fix the bag myself. So not cool.
