high rise flared pant with slits at bottom side zipper bonded neoprene fabric size medium new with tags please note, a few faint spots on pants I assume from being tried on and storage. can be spot cleaned or dry cleaned. the fabric has a faint shimmer throughout hard to capture in photo, unsure if it is intentional as it is throughout the fabric inseam about 36" leg opening about 9" rise about 10.5" waist laying flat 14"
