@pageantqueen02 Hello. The swing jacket is 23in PTP. I am 5'10", size 16 (hips 49" waist 38" chest 36 B". It is just below the knee. Fits L to XL. However, it is a One Size fits most. No stretch material. See the pics of nd wearing the other swing jackets in my closet. Has a similar fit. One Size.
