Size 2x, good used condition with wear as pictured including pilling in upper thigh area. First photo is a stock photo to show on a model. The waist measurement is pictured which may be a fairly loose waistband. I have another pair of this style in a different textile which have a snugger/stretchier waistband. I actually exchanged these for a replacement thinking the relative looseness was a defect/loose elastic but the replacement (these pants) is the same. I could see these being very comfy if you don’t want a constricting elastic feeling in the belly area. Please ask any questions before purchase
