The material is fairly sheer so perfect for a cover up or wear a cami or tank under it for a pretty blouse! It has a wide 4 inch gathered elastic band around lower waist. Jeans and shoes not included. Measurements laying flat are: Armpit to Armpit 18 inches. Armpit to bottom of hem at the side of top is 17 inches. Top is in great shape. Only selling top.

stanga5 @etts77 I'm at the vet with our dog. I'll take measurements for you when I get home. The material doesn't have any stretch but it's loose from what I remember... soft elastic waist which can be worn higher or lower from what I remember. I'll get back to you soon! Sue

stanga5 Wow! No typos! That's a first without my cheaters!! HaHa. I just tried it on. I'm a 38D and broad shoulders/back. It fits me perfectly on top but not much extra room on top- so not loose on me. The bottom is bigger tho- it has way more room if needed. I don't have hips or a butt but it would fit fine even if I did! I'll measure now for you 😊

stanga5 @etts77 I forgot to tag you in my previous post! Sorry! I'm fairly new to Posh. Here you go- laid flat approx is: armpit to armpit 19, Shoulder hem to bottom hem in front 34, Waist 20 and when the elastic band is stretched it's 24! The wide waist is not tight but a comfortable light elastic. Hope that helps. Sue

stanga5 @etts77 Of course, Susan! Want to make sure things will fit you before you just buy them! I have the same issue with my bust and broad back! This top might be tight for you. It has a tie in the front but it's not designed to have it cinched up all the way... but having it untied would only work if you had a cami or swimsuit under it. I got it to where as a coverup but then decided it was too pretty to wear like that so never did. It's my goal to help women find things they'll love & wear!
