Accessocraft Egyptian Revival Statement Necklace Scarab Signed Rare Collectible

This is a stunning, long Egyptian-style necklace made by Accessocraft in the 1960s. The design is unique and dramatic, and definitely a showstopper! The necklace features a large central element that resembles a stylized shield with a winged or feathered detail done in gold-plated metal. This element features a large mottled turquoise glass cabochon scarab. Three long dangles hang from this element, each comprised of links that resemble stylized columns, with the bottom element resembling an urn. These three dangles also feature glass cabochon scarabs in a veined amethyst color, orangy-red carnelian, and turquoise. The beautifully decorated chain features two glass scarabs, one in lapis blue and the other in emerald green, just gorgeous. The necklace secures with a "C" clasp and is signed "Accessocraft N.Y.C." in a round cartouche on the reverse of the central pendant and on the clasp.
