Abstract High-Low Skirt

This black and white, chiffon high-low skirt features an abstract print, a row of buttons at the front, and an elastic waistband. It is EUC, worn just a couple of times. The tag says M but it fits like an S. Lying flat and unstretched, the waistband measures 13.25" across and the front of the skirt comes right above my knees. (I am 5'3", for reference.)
