Absolutely stunning Shabby Chic Rose serving bowl; ruffled edge Germany?

This bowl is absolutely gorgeous; it has one little chip on the bottom edge (see pic) not noticeable at all until turned over; I cannot make out the stamp on the bottom but it may say PS Germany; the bowl itself measures a large 10" across 4" deep. The roses are absolutely incredible; there are flowers done in relief on the inside; maybe pansies; gold edged paint - this is one of the best. Perfect for your Shabby Chic cottage home.
