This is a beautiful Mosaic style collectors plate made in the 80's Veneto Flair. These style collector's plates are beautiful artworks with so much detail they are truly amazing. They are hand painted and have gold rim and lettering on back. Almost all the literature with the plate is in Italian along with the back Identification plaque.
