cchillie I was thinking over how the palette could have looked like it was used. Before taking photos, I was wiping off any sparkly powder residue/fingerprints on the mirror and around the pans. I only use clean cloth and gentle alcohol-like solution (which I spray directly onto the cloth). I should have taken a closer inspection before packed the item. I hope this explains the item's appearance. -CC

calisunnset @cchillie it’s ok - i accepted the purchase - I didn’t return it or submit a formal complaint, but there was evidence of a brush swirled in the powder. It’s ok - but it didn’t completely match the description. I appreciate your honesty in responding - all the best, stay safe.
