Abercrombie kids navy blue T-shirt size 7-8

Abercrombie kids Boys navy blue T-shirt size 7-8 has some type of small white splatter stains on front. Looks kinda like lint but it’s not. I’m not sure what it is, paint or bleach. Please see pictures. Clean, smoke free and pet free house
