Abercrombie Ruffle Hem Mini Skirt

Cute ruffle hem mini skirt with a tie around the waist. Only worn once! There are 2 very small/thread-like belt loops on just the left and right hip, and when I washed it, the left loop came loose...not an issue at all because when wearing it, it is tied tightly around the waist. Otherwise, it is like new!
