jenniferkrosen @cindy_girl yes it’s 100% cotton! I think the sizing kind of depends on you – and what a size 12 with brow her shoulders and it was a teeny bit tight on me. I think it would be fitted on someone and 8 to 10 and maybe a little more oversize on some smaller than that? It’s hard to say!
